Hand-packed in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, this pouch includes a portion of peppermint lovingly grown on our alpine property. The rest is sourced with the same care from other Australian growers, ensuring every leaf meets our standards for purity and purpose.

Alpine Peppermint is prized for its cooling, uplifting qualities, making it a true multitasker in your herbal toolkit. It’s also the same peppermint we use in our Instinks skincare range — from refreshing balms to botanical creams.

🌿 How to Use Peppermint Leaves:

🍵 Herbal Tea – Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain before drinking for a naturally cooling, minty tea.
🛁 Bath Soak – Add a small handful to a muslin bag or directly to warm bathwater for a refreshing soak.
💧 Oil Infusion – Cover with a carrier oil (like jojoba or olive) and steep in a warm place for 2–4 weeks. Strain before using in massage oils, balms, or creams.
🌬️ Facial Steam – Add a few leaves to a bowl of hot water. Drape a towel over your head and inhale the invigorating steam.
