🌿 How to Use:
🍵 Herbal Tea – Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
🛁 Bath Soak – Add a small handful to a muslin bag or directly to warm bathwater.
💧 Oil Infusion – Cover with a carrier oil (like jojoba or olive) and steep in a warm place for 2–4 weeks. Strain before use.
