Hand-packed in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, this pouch includes a portion of chamomile lovingly grown on our alpine property. The rest is sourced with the same care from other Australian growers, ensuring every flower meets our high standards for purity and purpose.

Chamomile has long been valued in herbal traditions for its gentle, soothing qualities. It’s also the same chamomile we use in our Instinks skincare range, bringing alpine calm to our balms and creams.

🌿 How to Use Chamomile Flowers:

🍵 Herbal Tea – Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
🛁 Bath Soak – Add a small handful to a muslin bag or directly to warm bathwater for a relaxing soak.
💧 Oil Infusion – Cover with a carrier oil (like jojoba or olive) and steep in a warm place for 2–4 weeks. Strain before use in skincare or massage oils.
🌬️ Facial Steam – Add a few blossoms to a bowl of hot water. Drape a towel over your head and breathe in the gentle steam.
💆 Hair Rinse – Brew a strong chamomile tea and pour over hair after shampooing. Traditionally used to soothe the scalp and gently brighten lighter tones with repeated use.
🔥 Herbal Rituals – Chamomile flowers have also been used in cultural and ceremonial practices, where dried blossoms may be gently burned as part of traditional herbal blends.
